At Milbacash Luxe Hair & Essentials, we specialize in providing premium hair and beauty essentials to our customers. To ensure the highest level of service and reliable delivery, we currently exclusively ship to addresses within Canada.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high demand, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Canada Post for all domestic shipments.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or seasonal peaks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.

• We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Milbacash Luxe Hair & Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at www.milbacashofficial.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in filing a claim. Please keep all original packaging and damaged items as they may be required by the carrier for inspection.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be in its original, pristine condition. This means the security seal must be intact, and the hair must not have been brushed, unraveled, washed, or worn.

The 14-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-colored wigs, opened bundles, and items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Process: To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee: Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and processing.
